Johannes Heger

Johannes Heger has more than 30 years of operational experience as managing director (4th generation) in the family business.

His challenges included focusing on products for renewable energies, growing the company from 100 to 300 employees, building a second plant and successfully completing an insolvency process in self-administration after the energy price shock in 2022. He then continued to manage the company and is now a shareholder and senior entrepreneur.
